I found it difficult last year - coming towards the end of the season Ididn’t get my opportunitiesbut I was still working hard
I’ve worked hard from the back end of last season and I’ve just continued to do that throughout the whole summer.
I'm working tremendously hardand I just want to be better. It just comes down to really hard work; things that add up in the week that you don'thave to think much about come match-day, because you know you've done everything.

I'm working hard, harder than I ever have and I just want to be the best I can. If I can do that it's going to benefit the team.

2. 不拘泥于过去
At the moment things are great, I am enjoying life and enjoying football.There are always ups and downs, I have been through many of them but for now itis going well.

I’m still getting mybreath back! We worked really hard, we worked hard in the week and we obviouslyknow what’s happened in thepast. But the past is the past, it’s all about now and this team is bright and young and has got a lot more experience inthese games now. People would expect us to go on and get four or five but that’s not the case.
What's happened in my early career, I've been around for a long-time and I'm not going to dwell about what's happened in the past,

I spoke to many people and it maybe woke up something in my system, I don’t know. I am completely different. I just want to be better and better,
I want to improve every day;going into work and being a betterperson and a better player as well and that's just the way I am now.
people have had so much faith in me and I tend to think I need to repay people.
But I also think I need to do it for myself now. Maybe in the past I was thinking about others and not myself, [but now I want to] get that balanceright, to switch back and forth about when to do the right thing.
